SUNRAISING GOAL: $2,000.00 to help sponsor 10 children’s sports programs

RADDSports Charity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that will impact low-income children with limited access to sports programs and education, proper physical fitness, promoting the total overall well-being and development of the child.

The Mission of RADD Sports Charity

We want to change the culture of youth sports by promoting and developing the total child through education, discipline, and teaching proper techniques of each sport.

RADDSports Charity wants to change the culture of youth sports by promoting equal access to quality sports and fitness programs, regardless of the ability to pay. When we started enrolling kids in our sports programs, we quickly realized there were young athletes in our community that wanted to participate but their families didn’t have the ability to pay for it. We accommodated as many as we could and that’s when we decided we needed to start our charity to provide these kids with scholarships to participate in their choice of sport at the Wiregrass Sports Campus of Pasco County. Our goal is to promote the total overall well-being and development of the child through education, discipline, physical fitness and teaching proper technique of each sport

SunRaising Scholarship Criteria

STUDENT IS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 AND 18

HOUSEHOLD MEETS THE INCOME ELIGIBILITY

APPLICANT HAS A GRADE POINT AVERAGE OF 2.5

SCHOLARSHIP GUIDELINES

  • Must be submitted by parent or guardian of child
  • Copy of verification of income and need for scholarship assistance
  • Copy of School Interim Report or Report Card for verification that student;
  • Adheres to the school attendance policy
  • Maintains a 2.5 grade point average
  • Has satisfactory school behavior
